Meet Bobby Milioto
Veteran. Runner. Coach. Father.
I’m Bobby Milioto, the founder of Vivid Coaching.
I’m a Navy veteran, a dad, a runner, and a coach who has lived through change that was both tough and rewarding.
I grew up in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, a quiet kid who found his stride on the cross-country trails in East Stroudsburg. Running gave me peace, but confidence didn’t come easy. What kept me going was the drive to grow into more than I was.
After high school, I served ten years in the United States Navy. That environment taught me discipline, direction, and resilience. Training kept me grounded under pressure, but I also learned that real strength isn’t only physical. It has a mental, emotional, and spiritual side too.
Starting a family became my biggest turning point. I wanted more than to just get by. I wanted to thrive. That shift pushed me into meditation, long runs, and what I call “nature bathing” (spending quiet time outside to reset and reconnect).
As clarity grew, purpose followed. I started running marathons, setting goals that felt bigger than me, and working to bring every part of life into alignment. That path became the foundation of Vivid Coaching.

My coaching philosophy
Your journey is unique, but it will never be random. We work intentionally, step by step, to create lasting results.
Coaching is a partnership. It works best when there is structure, accountability, and trust. I combine proven methods with empathy so you can move forward with confidence and focus.
The framework I use is simple but powerful: set clear goals, break them down into phases, review progress often, and adapt as needed. This approach builds momentum and keeps growth measurable.
